HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 3-5 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
As soon as the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 5-10 days delivery.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@heartfeltcreation.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team at support@heartfeltcreation.com.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Heartfelt Creation has the right to refuse returns that passed the 30 days allowed time after delivery.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Carrier Responsibility:
Once an order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) becomes solely responsible for timely delivery and safe handling.
If Tracking Stops Updating (“In Transit” 10+ Days)
- File a Missing-Mail / Lost-Package claim with the carrier using your tracking number.
- USPS: Missing Mail Search → 1-800-275-8777
- UPS: Lost Package Claim → 1-866-742-5877
- FedEx: File a Claim → 1-800-463-3339
- Email the claim confirmation to support@heartfeltcreation.com within 48 hours so we can monitor the case and assist if needed.
If Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Can’t Find the Package
- Verify the shipping address on your order-confirmation email.
- Check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, and safe-drop spots.
- Wait 48 hours—carriers sometimes mark items “Delivered” prematurely.
- Still missing? Open a “Delivered-But-Not-Received” claim with the carrier (contact numbers above) and send us the claim number.
Our Support After a Claim Is Filed
Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will—at your choice—either
- resend the item(s) at no additional cost, or
- issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Deadlines
Claims must be initiated within 15 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) of the last tracking update; otherwise, we may be unable to assist.
